LANDLORDS

When we become your tenants we will take on few improvements to the house at our costs to make sure the house looks as better as ever. Our team of interior designers and capable handy man will paint where needed, change carpets, refresh the kitchen and depanding on the situation properly changing the look of the property. These are all things that will remain with you at the end of your tenancy. That is if you ever want us to leave of course. We also cover minor maintenance along the way so that the tenancy becomes practically hastle free.
We only work with corporate and professional tenants over the age of 20 and we use a third party company that conduct references. We are thoroughtly picky regarding our tenants choices and we make the extra effort if we don't think the new tenant will fit into the current house. At Sarabi property expert we really want to make sure the tenants have a great experience trhought at they really fell at home and pride ourselves on offering a premium renting experience.
Guaranteed Rental - Rent to Rent
Long Term Tenancy
At Sarabi Group Property Expert we offer you a service of guaranteed rental, this means that rent is guaranteed every month irrespective of whether the property is vacant or occupied. This comes with benefitting of a long-term contract, on-time rental payments and insurance of no voids along the way.
Reference Check
We only work with corporate and professional tenants over the age of 20 and we conduct thorough references. We are meticulous about tenant selection and house cohesion. Priding ourselves on offering a premium renting experience, the majority of our tenants stay long-term and treat the property as their own.
Quaterly Inspection
If the above doesn't suffice, we also conduct inspections every three months. Making sure that the house is: clean and tidy; repaired with any minor maintenance and has happy tenants.
Peace of Mind
This approach of handing the property to us, makes the rental experience fully stress-free for you as the landlord. At the end of the agreement (if you ever want us to leave) the property is guaranteed to be returned in the same condition or embellished, it is in our contract to do so.
Smart Refurbishment
Yes, we, proceed to make small embellishments at our costs to make sure the property looks at its best- with your written consent. We have a team of interior designers and capable decorators who will paint where needed, refresh the kitchen and depending on the situation may change some rooms with new carpet. Note, these are all things that will remain with you at the end of your tenancy.
Maintenance
During our stay, we will cover minor maintenance at our costs so that the tenancy becomes hassle free.Lettings & Management
At Sarabi Group Property Expert we also offer a service of lettings and management only. This means we can let your property, covering the advertising, viewings scheduling and finding a suitable tenant for you whilst negotiating the best price, covering the reference check and the legal duties.
If we are managing your property on a standard rent collection and management basis, our expert property managers will provide continuous care of the property and ensure tenants are happy and respectful of the premises.

Airbnb
At Sarabi Group Property Expert we also specialise in Airbnb and short lets. If you decide to go with this option we will sometime start with a little refurbishment, if needed, and setting up the house to make it short let rental friendly.
The service includes full 24/7 management, a service of professional cleaning and in-person check-in and check-out between each tenancy. All our properties come fully furnished beautifully, with all bills included, fast internet and cleaning services. To ensure the best stays for our guests we also have a free service of soft luxury clean towels and bedding which are fresh for every new guest. You will find a homely flat and you can make sure cleanliness and comfort are on the first line. We provide you with all you need, appliances, a fully kitted-out kitchen, soaps, towels and a hair dryer.
